Everyone was very nice and professional. The tech that did my procedure was sweet and gentle and took her time. The doctor was very sweet and gentle and patient with me too. I even talked to a lady from biling and she was just as sweet as the others. Yes I would recommend patients to this practice

Love this office. Staff are professional and personal. Great personalities and lots of energy. Dr. Pierce is amazing and makes everything easy to understand. Great communication skills while being very caring and personal. I would highly recommend this office.
Office clean. Receptionists were polite and friendly. Check in was easy. Dr Pierce was obviously knowledgeable about my situation and asked appropriate questions. She showed empathy. She explained things well.

The women at the front desk were polite and professional. The office was clean, well put together, and atmosphere was comfortable. Dr. Pierce was professional, thorough, polite, and considerate. She listened, gave her recommendation, and worked with me on a treatment plan that addressed my needs and concerns. Wait time was less than 30 minutes, which is not unreasonable, and I was able to schedule a follow-up the same day.

Everyone is soooo nice!
The experience of this doctors appointment was over all very pleasant. The staff and doctor was pleasant. However, a few days after my appointment, I was inform by phone, the continued care plans, that we're needed for me could not be done, due to insurance eligibility. I was left in despair. Other than that theis doctor seemed to be the perfect referral for my continued care.
It was great. Finally a doctor diagnosed my problem.

Dr. Pierce was competent and professional. Throughout the interview with my aged mother, she made thorough assessments and formed some scholarly opinions. I believe what impressed me most was that she listened and truly heard me as we discussed courses of action. A declining parent presents one of life's most difficult areas of navigation, and a working relationship between family and doctor is essential. I respect Dr. Pierce's abilities in this area.
