When I got home from your office I took off my shoes and I heard the little plastic tips on the end of the shoelaces hit the hardwood floor. I was listening to a cd at a low volume at the time and could not believe that I could plShow moreainly hear that . So I picked up the lace and dropped it again and heard a definite click. WO W

Roxanna continues to amaze me with each appointment. She is so knowledgeable and takes the time to explain each step in handling my situation.
This is one of the best test that I have had, she went over all the facts and explained everything to me that is the first time that has happened she did some adjusting on my hearing dates that I believe as hell

Very friendly and professional office. Procedures for testing and evaluation were clearly explained. After the test were completed the staff and Doctor explained them in depth and were open to all questions. They offered solutions to my hearing loss and had a number options to compare
