I googled for Chiropractors near me and quite a few popped up. After I clicked on Pointes Chiropractic, I was easily able to book an appointment for the same day, and they just so happened to have a slot where someone else cancellShow moreed so I took it. Service was great, Dr. Nelson diagnosed me, gave me the treatment plan, and then treated me. I had a follow up visit, and he recommended I visit as necessary, which is different than every other chiropractor. I refer him to everyone!

Friendly, courteous, listens to your issues, gives thorough diagnosis of what he finds in your X-rays and has a plan of attack to get you back to good! Up to date in all the latest techniques, very good at explaining your issues to you in terms a non medical person understands. Highly recommend him…
Dr. Nelson is the best chiropractor I have been to. My back pain was alleviated almost immediately, and I was also given exercises to do at home to help with my back issue. I am very impressed with Dr. Nelson's techniques and his work ethic.
Dr. Nelson is attentive, experienced, and knowledgeable in a wide variety of chiropractic and related treatments/techniques. His equipment is state of the art and when he makes recommendations for exercises to be done at home, he provides clear written instructions and supportive videos.
Dr. Nelson has made more progress with my back issues in just a few visits than either of the 2 previous chiropractors I had gone to for months. Dr. Nelson is highly professional, his equipment is state of the art, the office is immaculate and he follows all the CDC Covid-19 guidelines. I would recommend him to anyone requiring chiropractic care.

I switched to Dr Nelson after 9 years with another. Dr Nelson is extremely thorough. He took me through what my problem is and how are we going to correct it together. He gave me exercises to do to help aid my progress and they worked along with his manipulations and his amazing chiropractor table. I couldn't be more please that i made the switch.
Dr. Nelson is really great at his job! His explanations of procedures are very thorough and informative and he makes them easy to understand. He also incorporates preventive measures into his practice which is great. He has great bedside (tableside in this case) manner and I feel confident in his abilities and treatment plan.

Very happy with my experience with Dr. Nelson. I've had adjustments before that have felt rushed and not personalized to actual need so I'm left disappointed. With Dr. Nelson I really appreciate his thoroughness in explaining your diagnosis and providing details on his plan for care. I never feel rushed, he answers all my questions and I leave feeling so much better. So glad to have found him!

I've had a couple appointments after a referral from a friend and couldn't be more pleased. I left a former chiropractor after thirty years! Shawn did the job! I've even referred friends after my first visit.
SO far so good. 3rd visit and Dr. Nelson has answered all questions and been right on the money fixing me up! I am very happy I found him!!!
The office is clean and nicely furnished. Shawn spends time with his patients and answers all questions. His adjustments are gentle and efficient.
