Despite evading it for 2 1/2 years and being vaccinated and boosted, I got COVID. My symptoms, at least to me, seemed severe, but my medical network was unable to get me in and could not provide treatment without seeing me. I was Show moremiserable and scared, knowing how serious COVID can be. When I called the Seattle Infectious Disease Clinic, they opened up their hours to fit me in the same day, and Dr. Dinges saw me and was able to provide antivirals. The whole process was quick and compassionate.

Dr. Dinges was very interested in my physical and mental health. He is a great doctor. His entire staff is professional and friendly. I had to wait 30 minutes for a blood draw. After waiting 25 minutes the front desk associate asked me why I was still there. I told her I was waiting for a blood draw. I was told no one filled out the necessary paperwork for the blood draw. This is the reason my visit was a negative experience.
Good 15 min appt. Went over labs etc. It was fine.

Clinic was busy. Waited 15 minutes after being roomed before doctor entered. Visit went well. Staff pleasant.
The office is welcoming and helpful. Each of the 4 people (front desk/nurse,/phlebotomist/Dr. Dinges) provided capable, comfortable, knowledgeable, and speedy service. I had a positive experience at SIDS after having tested positive at home. I went thinking I’d be made feel like a dangerous alien as someone who contracted Covid but the doctor and his stuff welcomed me with care and attention as a patient. I worried about their safety while being there and they didn’t make me feel bad at all.
Doctor and staff treat you very well. Easy to talk with and explains everything in understandable terms.
The whole staff very nice, caring, and attentive Most importantly, Dr. Dinges is very knowledgeable and takes the time to explain everything to you. There is NO conveyer belt medicine in his office.

Dr. Dinges is very thorough. He checked all data from my previous clinical tests in my first appointment. He is very patient and explained all my questions.

Doctor and staff were great. They took their time to answer questions and very friendly.
This was a visit to establish ourselves with Dr. Dinges and his practice. Everyone was professional and helpful. Dr. Dinges took time to go over our records and medical histories, prescription meds, concerns, and and questions we had. Unhurried, thorough, confident and non judgmental. That's what we want in a doctor.
