About Emily Sizemore, LPC-A

Emily has a passion for working with adult populations regarding struggles such as depression, anxiety, life adjustments, low self-esteem, ADHD, and interpersonal concerns. She emphasizes the importance of giving clients a safe, trusting space where they can feel heard and receive support while navigating times of growth and exploration while using evidence-based practices. She also enjoys working with clients to instill hope and help them build a life worth living, whatever that means to them. Emily has also completed training in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy for Insomnia and Cognitive Processing Therapy for trauma treatment. In her free time, Emily enjoys attending yoga classes, cycling through a plethora of enjoyed crafts, spending time with her friends and family, and snuggling with her beloved dogs.
