I had my 1st patient visit today, and all I can say is wow, I am glad I did. I was very nervous and hesitant at first since it's been a while since I have been at a doc office for weight management! My previous Dr for weight managShow moreement was not very supportive at all! Eva made everything better, she made me feel like she understood me and my problems I've been having with weight management! she actually listened and was very informative about everything! She was very motivational and kind.

This is a great experience. I should have come in early to get the assistance needed for my health. Eva has a positive attitude towards my health and encouraging me. I still have a ways to go for my goal. I know we can do this endeavor. The staff are friendly and very helpful.

Eva Torres is amazing! From the first few minutes of my first appointment, it was very apparent that she really cares about her patients. The entire staff creates an extremely welcoming environment and Eva is the shining pinnacle of that. Following her directions I have lost over 15 pounds in the last couple of months! It is clearly real weight loss, not just water weight. I am very happy that I was referred her by my PCP, I highly recommend Aspire and Eva.
Good counseling. Eva explains easily any questions you may have.
