Been going to dr. Ventre for 7 years now. Lucy dr. Ventre and dr. Caro have cared for me as if I was a member of their family. I would not be alive today if not for them. After my Medicaid carrier stopped working with them, out ofShow more deep concern, they had me come in and refill the prescription that has kept me alive. I could not find another practice that would take my Medicaid insurance and nobody seemed to care but if I ran out of this medication I would have died. I am more than grateful. Thank
In the years I've been coming here, this is the FIRST time the doctor has been late... by 15 minutes. What was fun (if going to the doctor ever IS) is that I started speaking Spanish, which is not my native tongue. He has easilyShow more tapered me off of one med, and is tapering me off another. And I wasn't OK with it, but he's done it gradually and I told him today that I am comfortable with a further tapering. I've always liked the staff, and I've known Lucy since I started coming there.

Despite the limitations of personal contact due to the pandemic, I never felt that my care was compromised. The Staff was really kind in effectively communicating to me during challenging times. Their smiles were welcoming during some dark times in my life. I have gratitude in Scheduling appointments, and submitting insurance. Mostly, Dr Caro was warm, caring and compassionate in treating my anxiety and depression. Don't ignore your Mental Health. I have been a patient for over a year now and I can only say positive things about this office and the doctors. Specially my doctor Dr. Caro he is a wonderful person and goes out of his way to assist my needs in anyway possible. Even though that I relocated and moved away from the office that it makes it sometimes very difficult for me to get out there because of my health conditions the office and the doctor are very understanding and supportive .
