There was an insurance/payment hiccup in my case but they worked overtime to resolve it and prevent any lapseShow more in my therapy. From the beginning upon arrival, Tracy greeted me with a welcoming smile and professionalism. I was made to feel as if, I was her top priority of the day, more than just a patient. The experience was not like any other office’s were you sit in a chair, while the councilor sits behind a desk as if it was a barrier between, but as if I was at someone’s home, talking with friends. Beyond expectations. I highly recommend this office.

Joannie provides a peaceful environment and demeanor which allows her to effeciently treat her patients with the care they deserve. Not only does she listen- she give you a peace of mind leaving your appointment with more hope and desire than before you saw her. Her attention to details regarding the unique and indiviual experiences of each of her patients allows her to provide solutions along with answers to questions regarding treatment planning and medication mangements put in place.

I have been using this type of service for over 30 yrs. Mindful matters has a welcoming atmosphere, and kind, thoughtful, and respectful staff. Joannie is by far the best and most helpful psychotherapist I have EVER seen in the 30+ yrs I've been doing this. It is my opinion that being comfortable with your dr is by far one of the most important aspects of all this, and joannie is the best. I intend on staying with them indefinitely

I haven't had Joannie long, however within the short amount of time she's done more than anyone else has ever done. Not too mention she actually listens and values you as a person. She's kind and considerate but real when you need a kick in the ass. I cannot say enough good things about this woman.
