About Kerstin Uy, MD

Dr. Kerstin Uy completed a Psychiatric Residency at Brown University in Providence, Rhode Island in 1998. She has been board-certified by the American Board of Psychiatry and Neurology since 1999. With interests in adult psychiatry treating a wide variety of mood and anxiety disorders, Dr. Uy has extensive clinical experience both in inpatient and outpatient settings. Her style is empathic and non-judgmental, encouraging active participation and collaboration from patients. She believes in forming a strong therapeutic alliance with the patient as the basis of treatment to provide individualized care.
