All the staff are polite and my concerns are always taken care of. Scheduling is organized. I took one star off because of a comment that was made to me at my last visit a few months back. I took my 9 month old daughter for her wShow moreell visit during her nap time so she was very cranky and would not stay still. When the doctor was done, she advised me to take a photo of a book that was on a table. It was a parenting book for “spirited kids” because my daughter was acting up. Did NOT appreciate that.
I cannot put into words what an amazing Dr. Kristen is. We are a new patient and she took us in immediately. She made my daughter feel so comfortable. These days it’s so hard to actually get a dr. To see you in person Kristen did Show morenot even hesitate to let my daughter come into the office. She was my boys Dr many years ago and due to insurance changes we had to change drs. After all this time I’m so happy to be back with her again. She’s is one of a kind especially during these difficult times.

Always seen quickly!! Love the staff!!
Excellent ! Kristen and her office staff are amazing!! They take their time with you at each visit, answer any and ALL questions!! As a first time mom I feel very comfortable knowing I have Ipediatrics support.

Kristen was absolutely amazing. This was our first visit here and she was so welcoming and comforting. Her interaction with the kids was superb. My son left saying he can’t wait to go back and that he loved this new doctor. Not only was she amazing with my children but her office is so cute and so clean. Front desk staff was also very welcoming, friendly and patient. I’m so glad we made the switch and I highly recommend!

Kristen really is the best! She is so knowledgeable and such a hard worker. She goes above and beyond. She responded on off hours to advise us on what to do with our sick daughter which saved us a trip to an urgent care. We have been coming to I-pediatrics for over 7 years and wouldn’t think of going anywhere else!!!
They are just the best. I wish all Dr's offices were ran like this one!
My children have been seeing Kristen since they have been babies and she’s the only one I trust to give me honest and thorough exams of my kids. From well visit, to rapid tests, to emotional problems, she’s always there to help. The staff is amazing and they all feel like family.
Thank you for always fitting in my kids when they're sick and taking such good care of them while they're there! Everyone on the staff is great, and I would recommend iPeds to anyone! (And I do, all the time!)

I am so happy to finally find a Physician who listens to your concerns and actually treats your child for their needs . Dr. Depuyt is caring , takes her time to listen and answer questions you have , and helps to find a solution. She is to the piont and I appreciate that. No sugar coating ! We need more physicians like her .

Kristen and the staff at iPediatrics are awesome!!! Everyone is very friendly, willing to help and listens to any of your issues and concerns. They really care about their patients... not just the diagnosis. I have even reached out on a Sunday, and she met me at her office to take care of my son's breathing/asthma. They go above and beyond. This an office you want taking care of your children!!
If Dr.Kristen could be my doctor that would be great! My daughter is about to be 5 and she has been a patient of Dr. Kristen’s for a little over 3 years. She use to be 5 minutes from our house but since she moved offices we drive the 35minutes because we love her.
