Dr. Kristina Passarelli is a very knowledgeable, kind, and caring person. I have a pretty complex and debilitating injury and I received more answers with Dr. Passarelli in 30 minutes, than I have received from my general practitiShow moreoner and Nuerologist since October 2022. She gave a good medical plan for me that involves, nutrition, exercise, and medicine. Told me things I could ask Nuerologist and things I can do to help my well-being. If you want answers and help with any condition I would not delay scheduling with her. She is very thorough, timely, and a medical treatment plan to better your condition, illness, or injury.
Scheduled our first appointment and was called the day of the exam two times where a message was left both times giving two different reasons why the appointment was being cancelled. I called back to reschedule and was told a thirShow mored reason why the appointment was being rescheduled. The staff was not organized and the doctor was rude to my teenage daughter during the exam. My daughter said this was the worst doctor visit she has ever been to.

Great DR. & MED ASSISTANT
Was given three different reasons the first time they cancelled our appointment. The rescheduled appointment, they tried to cancel our appointment three different times and we had to reschedule for a different time because their staff was so disorganized. The NP was so rude to my daughter and she told me this was the worst doctor visit she has ever been to. We will not be returning.

Dr. Passarelli has been extremely patient and understanding with a new patient from out of state. She was able to get me in the right direction with medications and treatment I have needed for chronic illness. She was able to make that all happen within a few hours. Was very impressed.

Very clean, very fast, nurse was great and awesome and Dr. Passarelli was amazing she is doing more than my real Dr. I called yesterday (Wednesday) and had my appointment for the next day at 9 am and was out with a happy face cuz she helping me more than my clinic.
