It is rewarding to visit the Hardy House for care concerning my health. The staff their is always so pleasant and so helpful and it is almost like you are not going for a issue that you are having. The staff is so attentive to youShow morer needs and make you feel like you are the only patient there, not trying to rush you thru and out the door. Dr. Hardy is the best, she is always so detail with my situation and always provide details that is so understanding and a plan to get me better. Thanks!!!
My visit was great, I honestly picked this provider because we have the same name ?? I said how bad could she my sister be? I am SO happy I did. I’m a new patient- maybe my 3rd time and I’m NOT switching! EVERYBODY is respectful, Show moreIt’s clean, she is extremely polite, she is very patient, knowledgeable ,relatable and she is thorough. I absolutely LOVE the fact that I am told to have a blessed day upon exiting(if I’m not mistaken it’s her husband at the front desk ) They were just what I needed.

Visit in the office was great. Staff was very friendly, all were helpful until I left the office. Tried to call back next day for answers, prescriptions were called in wrong. Frustrating when that is done. Especially since I paid for the wrong medications

Dr. Hardy is extremely nice, patient and knowledgeable. If your looking for a permanent place to go you found it. This is a clean environment and it feels like family no matter what race , gender or whatever category you can think of your welcome. It’s not a crowded place which makes me feel more comfortable especially with COVID-19. Give her a chance and you’ll see what I mean.
Do not have to wait long and doctor spend a long time listening to you and make sure she address all your issues.
The Hardy House has the best staff and Dr. Hardy is so great! Always helpful and listens to genuine concerns whether it be for myself or my child. So thankful for them!

I have Medicaid and my old doctor was way on the other side of town. I stumbled accross the Hardy House by fate and took a chance. I switched my PCP to her and am SO glad I did. The location is close. The facility is clean. And the staff is wonderful (I suffer from chronic anxiety and all these were a plus)!
