I wish I had met Dr. Laura 15 years ago. I had just about given up on the medical profession because of my experiences as well as both my parents poor experiences. In Dr. Laura's office everyone is helpful and nice. They are alwaShow moreys on time which is amazing because the appointments are never rushed. She has always taken the time to understand the issues and then made sure that I was prepared to work on the remedies. I used to really dislike going to a Doctor's office but now I appreciate it.
I decided to check out Dr. Laura Hafez for when I read description on her and then met her in person; she came across as a very warm, compassionate Doctor. She really listens to patient and along with her wonderful, friendly, caShow morering staff.They are all so polite and listen with such caring attitude. As soon as one opens the door and walk in one feels the warm ambience of acceptance and give a smile and sigh of relief. Yep, have found the best female Doctor one could ever ask for. Thank God!

Laura is the best doctor I’ve ever had! She really listens to what you’re telling her and gives you multiple options for treatments/medications. You can tell she actually cares about her patients!
Wonderful person - very easygoing and calm, and she takes her time to hear everything! Commonly a lot of doctors don’t even take that seriously. Five big stars… I WOULD kindly say please don’t send repeated email reminders whoever’s in charge of that. Dr. Hafez is the greatest in my experience, no reason to worry.

Easy to schedule and get in for an appt. My appointment was an excellent experience. From the front girls to the MA to the nurse practioner they were all very nice. Office was very clean and fresh looking. I am very happy and recommend them to anyone.

Great medical follow up. Appointment for blood work next week to determine prescriptions. Next appointment set for 3 weeks out. Very grateful for Dr. Hatze attention to prescriptions prescribed by former doctors. Office staff very attentive.

Laura Hafez is friendly and knowledgable the staff is also friendly and it is easier to get an appointment than any where else I have been. It’s nice to have a place that answers their phone and they are onsite not a central appointment scheduling line!

I've been looking for a good doctor's office for years after my family's GP retired. After many poor quality offices I found Canyon Family Medicine. The relief that I feel is amazing. For the first time in many years I have real confidence in medical care that I get from Canyon Family Medicine. Everyone is pleasant and knowledgeable. The office facility is very well maintained. Everyone works well together which tells me that they had good training. I am the happiest with Dr. Laura.
