I saw two other orthopedic surgeons prior to Dr. Kwartowitz. One wouldn't even look at my MRI images, the other I had to ask him to look at the MRI. Neither one had anything to offer besides a knee replacement or live with what IShow more had. Dr. Kwartowitz not only looked at my images, he offered to try to scope my knee before doing a knee replacement. He also had an Ultrasound unit and double check my knee with that. He took time for me and gave me options and hope. That's what a surgeon should do.
I was taken back to the examination room at my appointment time. I expected to wait there a long time so took out my phone to play a game but the doctor came in quickly. He lookedat the x-rays explained them to and recommended a cShow moreourse of action. He was thorough I asked a few questions. He was ready for me he was prepared he knew the next course of action and how he wanted to proceed to make me better. I haven't seen this kind of action in the doctor in a long time

Dr. Kwartowitz is very personable and extremely knowledgeable about his craft. He takes his time and makes sure you understand all the procedures and why and how they will be done. Please ask questions. He will answer them so that you understand what he will be doing.

Dr. Kwartowitz was my logical choice, since he did my hip replacement surgery 10 years ago. The appointment was easy to schedule. The staff is kind and very thoughtful from receptionist to radiology technician and physicians assistants. Dr. K explained options and choices along with the viewing of the X-Rays. The entire appointment was great!!!!

I had a knee injury. The staff was able to get me in the next day. Dr K was very thorough in assessing my injuries, explaining things and getting me on the road to healing
Outstanding visit, he found the problem right away and gave options on how to proceed. Received a shot in the mean time and feel much better until surgery. Thank you for all your help.
LKO is the only place I would go for repairs of sports injuries and basic body part injuries. I love the staff I love the doctors they are all very helpful and very knowledgeable.
