Meghan grew up as a competitive gymnast and experienced many injuries throughout her career. She spent a lot of time in physical therapy and it ignited a passion in her to help others return to their sport or activity of choice. Meghan coached gymnastics for 12 years and learned that a lot of her athletes were not receiving the best care. She knew she wanted to be a clinician that would guide athletes on the right path toward a healthy and strong recovery.
Meghan obtained her Doctorate of Physical Therapy Degree from Midwestern University and has 8 years of experience in outpatient physical therapy. She is passionate about injury prevention and helping athletes compete at the top of their game.
Meghan is an avid trail runner and enjoys racing in ultramarathons. She has completed three races at the 100 mile distance and enjoys seeing the world from her own two feet. Meghan loves the outdoors and adventuring with her husband Brian and dog Stryder.
