I went in with my 4 kids so the baby could be seen for a persistent cough. He was very friendly and personable. He found another issue going on with him and gave advice on both issues and gave all the options we could do and I decShow moreided what our plan of attack was, to heal his body. I took his advice about one issue and chose a different option then what he thought was best. He was fine with both choices and didn’t make me feel like I was a bad parent for not going with his advice.
I can not express how impressed I am with this office. Everyone in this office was great, got me in the SAME day I called. They showed concern and compassion on what was going on with my health. Which speaks alot for me. My primarShow morey care doctor that I normally see didn't even get back with me for 48 hours. I'm a nurse and that is just unacceptable. So if you need excellent care in a timely matter Dr Bauer and is wonderful office staff is an excellent place to get that care. Thank you for caring!

Dr. Bauer and the others at Freedom Health Systems not only saved my life, but also helped to restore my belief that there are still some members of the medical profession who care more about their patients, than about politics or a paycheck. They were willing to help me even though I am not a member. They treated me with respect and genuine concern for my wellbeing. More than that, they provided outstanding medical care, made an accurate diagnosis, and prescribed the treatment needed.
From the first point of contact to walking out of the clinic, I was very impressed with my experience at Freedom Health Systems in Ozark. All the staff were incredibly welcoming with great attitudes and a sense of pride in their work. I called ahead of time to ask some questions, booked an appointment on their website, and was confirmed that same day for a next day appointment. Check in was simple, and I was seen immediately! I could say so many more good things.
Dr Bauer offer outstanding care. He is informed, interested and cares about patients wellbeing. He has surrounded himself with like minded employees and from the time a patient enters the office, kind and compassionate care is given. This service is a stark departure from the care offered by the two major hospitals in the Ozark area.
Freedom Health Systems is the place we go when we've got an injury! We can make an appointment easily (usually same day), get seen by Dr. Bauer, have x-rays taken if needed, and be done in 30-45 min....for the same price of a copay in the ER. Dr. Bauer takes his time to explain everything and makes sure that all questions are answered, and we never feel like appointments are rushed or like we're just a number to him. We're so thankful to have options other than the ER so close to home!

I would highly recommend Dr. Bauer & Freedom Health. He takes the time to fully examine you and your situation and to discuss with you the situation you are dealing with and potential treatment options. He listens and then shares what he is thinking and why. He is very knowledgeable, yet speaks in plain English to ensure your understanding. His staff is also very friendly and attentive and I'm usually able to get into his office very quickly!

Dr. Bauer was great to work with. He explained the entire procedure to me and how it would feel as he did it, and he kept me informed as to the progress of the procedure. The office is a very pleasantly decorated and helps make a medical experience that could be very stressful something that calms you. His staff was also great and made you feel special. I would recommend him to anyone who is facing a knee replacement and needs the Iovera treatment to make that surgery much better.

Dr. Michael Bauer spent extra time in our initial consultative visit to gain a thorough understanding of the various symptoms I am having. He also provided detailed explanations of my situation and the various tests he planned to run to accurately diagnose my medical situation. His staff were all also very friendly, informative, and timely in completing some of the additional testing Dr. Bauer had requested. I would highly recommend Dr. Michael Bauer and Freedom Health Systems!
