When I arrived at the location, I explained that I never received an appointment email. I gave the employee my info and he checked my account and then me an approval email that I just had to sign and submit. He acknowledged receiShow morept of the document and proceeded to give me the virus test. Only took about 15 minutes total and I was on my way home. I really appreciate his assistance in getting this test.
Registration was easy and I did not have to wait long to be serviced and I appreciate the good customer service by the staff member on duty. I was able to follow -up with the nurse practitioner and she provided me with the next sShow moreteps in my care. I will return for other minor medical needs.
