I've only done a couple of sessions with Regina and already I highly recommend her and have already recommended her to a few people. Regina's approach is gentle; she is also very knowledgeable and understanding. I feel safe and coShow moremfortable in her presence which is something I have rarely experienced in my life. I am grateful for her and look forward to the journey ahead in healing from deep trauma with her help and guidance through it.
I did my first EMDR processing session with Regina she was incredibly intuitive and compassionate throughout the session. It was intense but amazing. I'm on day 2 after processing and I feel a lot more relaxed and when memories coShow moreme up I feel detached from them like I'm seeing them on a tv screen but it's not evoking the same emotional response that it did before. I'm looking forward to my next sessions!
