I was between primary care physicians, as my primary care physician is no longer in practice. I needed a refill on my prescription, and Virtually Urgent Healthcare was recommended to me by a friend in the medical field. It was eShow moreasy to make and appointment online and be seen. Ms. Vaughn was professional and easy to talk to. She was able to answer questions regarding the medication I needed a refill on, and was very knowledgeable about my condition. I will certainly use this service again!
These last few appointments have been by far the very best experiences I have had when using tele-health services. My provider has the best bedside manners. She’s so calm and patient when questions are asked. It usually takes a wShow morehile to build a rapport with someone because most clinics or facilities, you may see several people but here, you will see and meet the sweetest provider. She’s very professional and always smiling. You will not be disconnected until ALL of your concerns are addressed.

Couldn’t be more pleased with my telehealth appointment. Was able to get a same day appointment and prescriptions sent to my pharmacy. The provider took her time with me and was very pleasant and professional. Even though she did not take my insurance the self pay rate was very fair.

The process to secure an appointment was seamless. I was able to get an appointment on a Saturday quickly. Very professional and responsive staff. Very thorough. I highly recommend Virtually Urgent Healthcare.

Loved every minute of my experience! I was able to be seen within 30 min of scheduling appointment! Service was fast, professional and all done from the comfort of my home! Wow! And had my medication within an hour of service!!! VUH will definitely be my 1st choice for urgent care from now on!!!!!
