My appointment was set for 2pm I waited over an hour to get to the back then took another 20-25 mins to get seen in the back. Both Last 2 visit's I got to my appointment and they told me that the doctor is overseas. I never receivShow moreed a voice mail. Both times . I did receive a reminder the day before and 3 days before that. This doctors office is NEVER ON TOP OF THERE STUFF. The doctor doesn’t listen about the pain you are going through he thinks you are lying and not in pain. Very bad place!!!!!
If I could give more stars I would . I will be leaving/moving soon and I hate to leave because they all work hard and as a team . Always welcomed with a friend receptionist and the other girls are on their grind. The Dr is very muShow morech knowledgeable and LISTENS. He is not a medication pusher for the solution A++ he does run a busy office but you get your fair share of time . He also has outstanding bedside manners . He treats each case differently. Appointments are usually not that far out . A++

My appointment was at 9:30 AM is 1 PM. The pharmacist has no receipt my prescription 30 day supply which was yesterday.
They listen to all my concerns were patient and did not rush me or make me feel like I didn’t not matter like the other doctors did

Often times doctors have so many patients they forget customer service, being thorough and ensuring patients feel heard. These are all things I didn’t have to worry about because I felt important and heard during my visit. In addition I felt as if my health was made a priority.
