The therapist & nurse practitioner I worked with have been amazing, incredibly helpful and very professional. However, the administrative part of the agency can be a pain to deal with. I've waited days to get a call back from the Show morereceptionist. Recently, I waited in the lobby for over 15 minutes to receive a response from the receptionist. By the time she got back to her desk my appointment was half way over. The agency isn't awful but the administrative assistants/receptionists aren't the best.
