Hailing from Plano, Texas, Sydney earned her Bachelor’s degree in Psychology with a minor in Human Development and Family Sciences from the University of Arkansas. Sydney is currently a second year graduate student receiving her Master of Education and Education Specialist degrees in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Clemson University.
Sydney is passionate about providing adolescents and adults support and facilitating a safe space that encouraged growth and healing. Sydney believes in the importance of building connections and the value in community. Her areas of focus include struggles with anxiety, depression, personal adjustment and growth, adjustment concerns, trauma, social/relational concerns, body image/self esteem, family/relationship conflict, and OCD. Sydney utilizes an integrative approach that is customized to meet an individual’s needs. She aims to help individuals learn the tools they need to make a positive impact in their lives.
