Tabitha and the entire staff has been very professional and friendly to work with. Tabitha has taught me a lot regarding understanding how to eat, exercise, and how the body works with controlling my blood glucose levels. My A1CShow more has dropped from 9.7 to 5.7. She has also help eliminate the neuropathy issue how was having. I can now sleep without waking up in the middle of the night with a burning sensation in my feet.
I started seeing Tabitha to learn to live a more healthy lifestyle and get more out of my work outs and exercise. It's been 3 months and I already know so much more about my body and the nutrition it needs to get the most out of mShow morey work outs, I think my sessions aren't quite done but I'm starting to see progress. I really recommend her to anyone thinking about scheduling a visit.

Ms. Lenox is very personable and makes you feel very comfortable. Her offices are really beautiful. She wants to know everything about your history so that she can provide the best advice. She really listens to you.
