I needed a family pcp... I was told priority medical was the best so I called, they didn’t have an opening until the following week, but once they knew I was in extreme pain they told me to come in that afternoon. The way I was trShow moreeated from the moment I walked in the door was like nothing I’ve ever seen at any doctors office. The front desk woman is warm, welcoming and helpful! Once I got back with the dr I could tell he genuinely cares and wanted to do whatever it took to get me feeling better!
Due to a couple birth defects, I have seen various specialists and health care providers ever since I was a child. I know what caring and kindness from a health care provider is supposed to feel like. When I go to Priority Family Show moreMedical, I have no doubt that Thomas Gann FNP-C and his staff care about me. The location is great, the decor is pretty much just my style (black and white), they can draw blood for testing in office which is awesome, and I love that they use text messages & email.

Thomas Gann is an exceptional physician. He has a nice sense of humor and a vast well of knowledge from which to draw inferences/conclusions based on the information provided by the patient. His bedside manner is fantastic and the staff with whom he works are equally professional. I highly recommend Thomas Gann!
The staff is amazing. I had a telehealth call with Dr. Gann. He listened to me and then responded in words I could understand. The office is very clean and orderly. I have recommended Priority Family to many of my friends.

Great visit, punctual and listened to my concerns. Ordered appropriate tests, one in house and had the Referral Authorization completed and follow up scheduled by the time I hit the front desk. Nice to see it run so smoothly.
