Heading Health treatments have been an amazing and life changing experience for me. The care is second to none and the staff continually treat me like I’m an old friend they are happy to see. They express genuine concern for my weShow morell-being and make suggestions to make sure I get the most out of my treatments. There is a night and day difference in my daily mindset and outlook/enjoyment of life since I started doing treatments with HH. Seriously worth it! Life changing
I had all but given up on ever feeling alive. I have taken antidepressants and anti-anxiety meds even anti-psychotics and nothing was working. I had contemplated suicide and had been in talk therapy for a year when my primary MD Show morereferred me to Dr. Lippe. Four weeks later and my life has changed for the miraculous. These people are so caring and understanding. They are really there to help their patients. I am so glad Headings and I crossed paths!

I get the best care I have ever received in my life with Dr. Lippe. I am comfortable with the staff and I am truly a part of my wellness plan instead of the recipient of a wellness plan. I love that there is no pressure and lots of encouragement to succeed. A safe environment to improve and thrive.
I love the staff but the wait times have been ridiculous lately. It will take 45 minutes from my schedule appointment time to get my infusion

Your personnel is super friendly, but I keep getting conflicting information from different people. For example, when someone called me to set up my appointments, he said that you could order an Uber for me, but upon arriving at my first treatment, I was told that was no longer an option. Also, your wi-fi is terrible. With how long patients have to wait, you would think that's something that would work.
The doctor is easy to understand and always listens to me. The office staff is friendly and doesn’t rush me.
Great nurses. Horrible back office. Dr. Swider has the better beside manner; whereas Dr. Lippe is more clinical.
Dr. Lippe and his staff( from MA’s to RN’s — I’m bad with names) have been very caring and attentive. The office is very clean and the patient rooms comfortable. The treatments I have received were pleasant and the staff is there for you at any point if you do need some support or anything else.

Dr. Lippe and staff were professional and friendly. A brief feedback from Dr. Lippe after administering Spravato would be helpful to patient. I felt unsupported being released without professional guidance for assessing a very intense experience with only myself to interpret the experience.

I have found Dr. Lippe to be very personable and yet professional. He has this great combination in being a wonderful psychiatrist. The office is in a lovely setting. I really enjoy his staff. They are sincere, warm and attentive.

My experience was very pleasant and the entire staff is very professional. I arrived a little early and within 5 mins I was in a private room having my vitals checked. Explanations were very thorough and clear. I could ask for better care.
