Another wonderful visit. We love Mrs Zavera. I am so comfortable with Mrs Zavera that my son was in the visit by himself. He loves her and trusts her. Mrs Zavera took extra time with my son. She goes into her Aunty mode (though we’re not biologically related) and makes sure they’re physically emotionally mentally She’s the best!!
Ms Zavera always makes the kids and parents feel welcomed and comfortable. She is very thorough and attentive. She's so patient and she goes out of her way to assist with any paperwork referrals, or anything the child may need. ShShow moree even helped me through the medical supplies process. She wants the best for the children and is just a sweetheart. We love her and we trust her. She's the best!!
